· The combined effect of the spices and the proteins that are drawn to the surface of the meat will create a protective coating which will increase the meat preservation time by 1 or 2 additionnal days. it also allows the seasonings to be absorbed evenly.

·The MAV vacuum tumbler marinates all kinds of meat (pork, beef, chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, game, ground meat, sausage meat) as well as fish and vegetables.
